Pluses:
1) It's got better sound quality than the Vonage that I currently use and close to the quality of a landline.
2)Very easy to install. Took me no more than 20 minutes to get going and start using it.
3)Have good features included that traditional phone carriers would charge as options.
4) No monthly phone bill charges...
5) Option to get a 2nd line by joining OOMA premier for $99/year.

Minuses:
