Except for a few glitches with my computer which were quickly resolved thanks to the great support at Ooma, the Ooma system was easily installed and up and working instantly! I no longer carry my cell phone from room to room. My brother and I have both tried other systems out there, specifically Magic Jack which never worked for either of us, and I have to say I was very surprised at the clarity and ease of use of the Ooma system. Packaging is superior, and the technical support is ALWAYS available, which is very important to me. I'm just shocked this product isn't more well known.
