So far it has done everything it said it would. Works great, easy setup. I am working on getting my number ported, and since I have DSL on the line that is being ported it will be a rough transition for a day. And as I read in a review before buying, customer service is hard to get a hold of, you will be on hold for 45 mins. But for me that was ok, I understand that its not the same as the phone company, since they aren't sucking hundreds of dollars out of me each month, they can't afford to hire as many customer service people as the phone company.
