Buying ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

I have used many VOIP services like SunRocket, Packet8, Vonage, etc. and OOMA is by far the best. Here are the resons:

1. It took me literally 20-30 mins to completely set up the system, get the new phone number and start using the service.
2. I have had this system for slightly more than 3 weeks and I cannot differentiate the voice quality from a landline. I also checked the quality of the voice by being at the other end. Even on long conversations, there were no word drops or disturbance. Another confirmation came yesterday when I was on t-con for 2.5 hrs and nobody complained about voice quality or scrambled words. While on the other hand, when I had Packet8, I faced all the issues with voice quality, call drop offs and sometimes, no service at all.
3. Now the real benefit of OOMA "No monthly phone service bills". This is huge if you get the landline quality voice. After reading some reviews, I was skeptical about the product but I am happy that I picked OOMA. AT&T and others charge minimun of $20 per month for basic service where they won't even give you caller id feature. If you try Vonage or some other voip service, you will end up paying somewhere around $250 to $350 per year including taxes but with OOMA, its a one time cost of equipment and you are set for life (provided OOMA is around for life time)

In summary, I strongly recommend this product, irrespective of what all other reviews mention here. I agree that you need good internet connection to enjoy the benefits. I have 1Mbps connection from Comcast and OOMA works fine (even while browsing and downloading).
