Crystal clear sound, better than the landline I ditched. Why worry about the company's business model? They have a super management team. ooma will pay for it self in less than 3 months in my case. You really have nothing to lose. I bet you this company will be in business for a long time and that they will come up with many more features such as video, who knows what else.
