I've been using ooma since January 2008 and love the quality of the calls. I use it as a second phone line for working from home two days a week. The only time I have quality issues (somewhat broken call quality) is when I have a lot of home network traffic, like downloads or uploads while speaking. Compared with Vonage, ooma is superior and of course, cheaper in the long run.

In the first few months of use, I had a few tech support issues and was amazed how quickly ooma Tech Support people responded to me. Back in February, I couldn't get my office's voice mail system to recognize key presses to log in and get my messages. Ooma's geeks fixed it in a day or so and called me back a couple of times to make sure that it was fixed and that I was happy.

Ooma also has some cool tools that can ring your ooma line AND forward calls to a cell phone or another number at the same time. Their ooma lounge can be accessed via the web and I can pick up my voice mail messages anywhere in the world.
