When I first saw the ad for this device while browsing Amazon, I was a bit skeptical. C'mon, free phone service for life by purchasing hardware? My first reaction was to search for as many reviews as possible. All the reviews I read were positive, so finally forked out the cash and purchased the device. When I got it the device looks like something Apple would put out. It was a bit difficult setting it up, but just after a few minutes with their technical support, I was up and running in less then 15 minutes. The sound quality is excellent and the services such as caller id, call waiting, etc. work great! Today I received an email of some new free services such as caller block, anonymous block, etc., which was big on my must have services. Wow, they must be reading my mind and it's all FREE! Trust me and do the math, this device will pay for itself in less than 6 months and anything after is money saved. What an investment!!!
