Ooma has saved me hundreds of dollars in the first month. I connected it in about 5 minutes after reading the book. Dial tone is pleasant. I registered the DRY LOOP with the phone company to get DSL. I plugged in the telephone-Vtech Dech 6.0 base station and set it to pickup after 6 rings, placed the stations-5 of them-in the basement, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and home office then setup the ooma to pickup after 4 rings. I have ooma plus which I love because of the two lines and two phone number selection outside of state for my niece. The messages are clear, the sound is clear, the call forwarding and message retrival works and is easy to understand, the quality is excellent. After one month of using OOMA, I would buy again from Amazon and I would purchase again from OOMA. Their, OOMA, web site is clear, understandable, and supportative. A 5* product. Only weakness if any happened when the phone company accidentally unpluged the wires to my house while fixing another line.
