Shop For ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

Hi, I have the Oooma and 2 hubs & love it EXCEPT for

1) speaker phone dose not work good. And, I like to have my hands free when I talk. Does anyone know of a good speaker phone with the ooma?

2) It is hard to get hold of customer service. These guys are good. But, they must be swamped because I've had to wait days for responses to phone calls and emails take at least a week. But, yes, I like what the phone does. And, I can block advertising calls easily.

3) There is a delay in the conversation sometimes. Like, the line seems to go totally silent. You're about to hang up and they come on again. This is not the norm however.
