Easy set up but very poor call quality despite plugging it in directly to the cable modem. Often was unable to dial out. Long delays between dialing numbers and connecting (if connection occurred at all). Customer service did not respond to e-mails. Call quality very poor, especially on calls made to customer service. Customer service told me that there was a problem with "one of their carriers" to explain the lack of connections and delays. I was told the delay would be fixed in a day of two.
