It took me about 45 minutes to unpack the hardware, register it online and plug it together. I read the part about "registration make take a few minutes". About 10 minutes later the blue light came on and we started dialing. I love the little music when I pickup. Been calling everyone we know all over the country all day. We opted to avoid using the scout by simply plugging the base unit of a multi-unit wireless phone system into the ooma hub. Yah I know we're missing the second line etc for now. And we've not bothered setting up voicemail etc just yet. Thought we'd go very basic for a few days, then add features slowly. Setting up my DVD player/Receiver/TV was more complex than this thing.
