ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills Best Quality

I read these reviews carefully before purchasing this product knowing that if I needed customer service it might be a problem. Since I am an A T and T customer I had nothing to lose since I feel that their customer service is the worst.

So I purchased this. I opened up the ooma hub, downloaded the quick start PDF and followed the instructions and just like they said, I was up and running in less than 20 minutes.

Since I previously checked my VIOP speed and quality compatibility before I purchased this I wasn't surprised when the voice quality matched that of my regular A T and T phone line.

I had a question about using the new phone number and porting over my old one and called ooma and was shocked to be connected to a human being in less than 2 minutes. I commented about their reputation for poor service and the person on the phone told me they have grown really quickly and are making every effort to hire new CSR's to meet the demand.

He answered my question quickly and so far I am pleased with every aspect of this product. The features are easy to set up, the quality is excellent and best of all no dealing with A T and T. I will now gladly hand them the $99 yearly fee to port my number for free and get all those extra features that for just a little over $8 per month for 2 phone lines.

So, if you do decide to buy and ooma phone system, I would recommend that;

1. You check your DSL or cable connection for VOIP quality and service compatibility.

2. Decide if the free 3000 minutes (50 hours) per month works for you.

3. Be comfortable with the fact that you will lose your phone service if the DSL or cable internet goes down.

If this all works for you, I cannot imagine a better deal than an ooma system. Personally I would like to see these guys stay in business and give A T and T some competition.
