ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills Right now

It has been more than a month now and our Ooma hub is working great. The installation instructions were one of the best I have seen.

We ported our land line number to Ooma and that process went very well too. I had to place a call to customer service only once and it was answered promptly in under 5 seconds. Ooma support team acknowledged our porting request via email and gave us an estimated day when that was scheduled to occur. The porting was completed as scheduled.

Overall our experience has been great. I just wish they would offer some of the features as standard as does Lingo.com instead of having to pay an addition of 9.00 per month (e.g.call forwarding, three-way calling).
