Got the item, hooked it up as instructed after coding it into their website as required, got a new number and droppped my old saving me over $70 total immediately! Easy hook up, didnt need the instructions at all. The hub connected to Ooma, did some update and rebooted and the cool blue light came on letting me know its ready to go! Used the item for 2 months now, NOT 1 complaint! Dumped Vonage for this, and gald i did! Now im phone bill free!!!! Paid for itself in 6 months! If you ony want a basic phone line with call waiting and caller id and a few other services, this OOMA is for you! Just dont call over 3000 minutes outbound per month or they charge you (they dont want businesses using the service). If you got a QOS (quality of service) enabled router, place the hub behind it and it works just fine! If you dont have one, then place your router behind the hub so Ooma can QOS itself. I have been gaming, torrenting and talking on the phone at the same time and no issues! Get Ooma today and start saving your $!!
