Buying ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

No support at all. I have waited on hold for hours and hours, sent emails and received no response. Don't be fooled. They bait you into purchasing their "premier" service which provides nothing other than figure it out yourself and hopefully it works. I have requested to port my old number so that I could get rid of my old carrier. They sent me the forms to fill out and fax back and now I wait. No response. No porting of any numbers. Duh...so now i have free phone service but still have to pay for my old service because they can't do a simple job like port my number.
