Cheapest ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

Like a previous reviewer, I am a tech-junkie and I stay pretty up-to-date on what's new and cool. However, again like the previous reviewer, this one managed to slip under my radar until recently. I finally saw it on one of Costco's monthly emails, read about the product, read some reviews and ordered it from Amazon right away. I've known about Vonage for quite awhile, but its overwhelming negative reviews always pushed me away. Ooma users, on the other hand, speak volumes about the product's quality on sites all over the internet.

After hooking everything up I've been having trouble sleeping because I keep thinking about how much money I wasted on my OLD phone service. Ooma does everything and SO MUCH MORE than the old service did, and it costs FAR less. Call quality is equally as clear as my old service, which sounded great.

After trying some of the Premier features, my wife and I have decided to pay for a year of it for $[...]. There were two factors in that decision for us: 1.) We needed our old number ported anyway, so we figured it was a no-brainer to get Premier which includes the number port (normally $[...]). 2.) I've been paying $[...]/month for the local cable provider's phone service for some time now. It's been fine, but it provides me less features than Ooma WITHOUT PREMIER does. I was getting pretty much just Voicemail, CallerID, Call Waiting and no special hardware. But Ooma Premier costs $[...]/month and the features you get are AWESOME! Thanks to Premier I actually got to tell an annoying telemarketer (who had been trying to sell us auto warranty extensions for over a year) that I'm not only blocking his number, but adding it to a community block list so that they won't be able to contact any other Ooma members either! Also, Premier includes a new second phone number, which we have wanted for our business for some time now. In my opinion, if the optional $[...] subscriptions help Ooma stay in business AND I get all of these sweet features in return, that's a million percent worth it! Even with Premier, I break even in 6 months.
