Setup was simple as promised. Our existing cordless phone plugged in and works flawlessly. Caller i.d. was a feature on our existing phone which also continues to work. Ooma's website is very helpful and customer service seems important to Ooma (unlike our former landline provider). Even though it's reasonably priced we have opted out of the bells and whistles offered with Ooma Premier, so this product will pay for itself in a very short time. I think I've convinced my parents to buy Ooma, as well.
