My husband and I were about to have phone service through Comcast put in, when I remembered Ooma. I had looked at it before on Amazon and a couple of other websites, but had forgotten about it. We ended up canceling the appointment we made with Comcast for our installation, and went to pick up an Ooma. My husband said that it was easy to set up. We have only had it for a couple of weeks, but it is working perfectly. So far, all of our calls have sounded great, much better than we expected. We did not port our number, so we did not have to wait; we just picked one out through their website that was in our area. I also called their support line with a question about moving and we got through to a representative right away. We are extremely happy with our new purchase.
