ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills Immediately

I am an Ooma customer 3 months (Listen to Me don't buy Ooma!) Here is why

My home phone Ooma service has not been working all day. I am unable to call ooma on my cell, Ooma customer service is completely down all help phone numbers will not work at all, I am totally alone here with my home ooma sevice that i paid 200. bucks for. At least with Comcast phone sevice they answer their phones when a problem shall arise or tell you outages an stuff like that. My internet is working 100% and I can't even e-mail ooma, Their e-mail is down and It won't let me log in either on their website to leave an email to let them know. Also can't fax from a friends house Ooma's fax is down too. What a nightmare. Is this the kind of support Ooma has? You bet it is you got it 200. bucks for a box with no support at all.
