Cheapest ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

I cannot believe how this company stays in business they are so AWFUL! I purchased a new Ooma unit from Amazon, and opened the box to "activate" on-line, which is the only way to do it, and when I put in the device number, it said the product had already been activated (which is impossible) and the only way to use it is to call customer service. After getting a constant busy signal calling them, I was put on hold for 45 minutes, after which the phone just hung up on me without being anwered. This happened not once, not twice but 3 times! Finally I called Amazon customer service and am sending this piece of garbage back to them, thanks to Amazon's fantastic customer service.
