Just received ooma this past week...as stated in instructions...setup took about 15-20 minutes before dialtone and use of phone...{easy step by step instructions provided by ooma}

Very happy with product...using w/comcast highspeed internet and with uniden 6.0 dect phone {$39 phone}...

just like talking on landline....clarity of sound is superb !!
