This product was absurdly easy to setup. I went to the website, entered my code, signed up for the premier service (Multiring is awesome)and then plugged my unit in. That was it. I put the Ooma device after my airport Extreme (Apple Router) and apparently the NAT-PMP went through without a hitch, which is a bonus because I can not afford to put the ooma device as the primary routing device in my network.
