Cheapest ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

The product is really good and it works. The issue is that if you have a problem which cannot be solved on the Ooma lounge (website) you must call the service department. The service department does not pick up the phone (time and time again) nor do they respond to any emails.

Unfortunately, customer service is a make or break proposition. Most companies which do not have adequate customer service usually fail because it drives away customers.

If/when you buy this item be very careful about picking out your phone numbers because you cannot change them (easily). It requires a customer service call to change your numbers (which leads to the issues). It would have been nice if they'd have warned about picking out phone numbers on the web site.
