Buy ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews on OOMA before you decide to purchase one. I purchased OOMA from AMAZON only to return it after a week of frustration. Kudos to Amazon, I couldn't be happier with the ease of their return policy. OOMA on the other hand is a joke. I was naive and believed that the positive reviews were from actual users, now I am pretty sure they are deceptive advertising put out by OOMA. After setting up the OOMA system, I could never get a call to last over 7 seconds. And during that 7 seconds there was a terrible voice delay. The OOMA customer service rep that I contacted informed me that this was due to my firewall. HELLO... It is 2009. Doesn't everyone have a firewall? Shouldn't this have been addressed in the installation procedures?
