Not to repeat the other reviews but in summary this is a great product and it will pay for itself quickly. Setup was easy and the calls are crystal clear.

Ooma only gets four stars because of their poor customer service. It appears that Ooma is growing rapidly and thus their customer service is being overwhelmed. After about four calls I was able to talk to an un-enthusiastic but helpful customer support person to start the porting process for my phone number.
