Discount ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

I received my Ooma from Amazon last week. I have tried contacting tech support on 8 different occasions over 4 days. The first 7 calls I was placed on hold for 30 minutes (each time) before being automatically disconnected. On the 8th call, after about 15 minutes a message came on asking me to leave my name and number and someone would return my call. I'm still waiting. I'm sorry, but I just can't put my trust in ANY company with such abysmal tech support. It's going back in the box and back to Amazon. Additionally, I had 7 family members and friends waiting for me to report on how the unit worked for me, as they were quite interested when I told them about the purchase. Upon my relating this tale, they have all decided to pass. I think they are making a good move.

It could be the greatest invention since sliced bread. I'll never know, will I. :-)

P.S. PLEASE - DO NOT purchase this product until you attempt to reach customer non-support. You will never reach anyone. Ever. Never. This company truly is nothing more than a ponzi scheme.
