The ooma system arrived about a week ago and I love it! I installed it in about 10 minutes. Calls are clear - one person I called said it sounded like I was in the other room, much clearer than the old system. The only negative is the very brief snippet of the ooma theme song that plays when you dial out, answer, and when the call I make is connected. That's it. Online service is great, and my call to customer service was good - wait time was a little long, but I don't anticipate having to call them again.
