The product works. That is the good part. Contacting "customer service" is a total disaster. After 12 disconnects after a five minute wait, I gave up. I found their corporate phone number (not an 800 one) and called their CEO and left a voice mail. I did the same with each and every corpoerate office I cound find. It seems they are also necer in the office. About 2 hours later I finally did get a call back and started to port my number. I was assured that this problem was due to the Xmas rush and was being addressed. As of today nothing has changed.
I also needed call fowarding. A search of their support database gave me a long list of articles - none of which had anything whatsoevver to do with call forwarding.
