Ooma sounded great but before I buy something like this I check out the support. There is none. 5 calls ended in 5 hang-ups. Check the reviews and you will see many, many notes about poor or non-existent tech support. My view is that this is very risky and you are likely to end up with no phone service at some time. Also some reviewers noted that they are lying about unlimited service. It is limited to 3000 minutes / month. Need to call out of country? Good luck on finding out what they will charge you for that.
