Save ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

I received my ooma today and I'm completely sold on it! I was going to wait a bit before transferring my home phone number, but after a few minutes using it I started the porting process.

I cannot believe the voice quality. Absolutely no voice breakups at all. In fact it's actually louder and clearer than my landline. I'm using 3.0Mbps DSL and I was able to surf the web and watch a streaming video while talking on the phone and there was no degradation at all.

The only issue I have is the slower than expected customer service. I called twice and both times the wait was 15-20 minutes. They did handle things well both times. I also wish they had the option to port your home phone number on the web site so that I didn't have to call. You can opt to do that when you are setting up the system, but you have to call or email if you don't do it right away.
