Save ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills

The device itself works beautifully. No problems as of now. The customer service is a joke. My expectation is that any such item you buy must be backed up by good customer service. That's a part of the money you paid. I want to give it only 3 stars now but Amazon wouldn't let me change my rating.

The customer service is a joke. I would give -5 stars if I could. They promised me $50 of international calling time within 5 business days of me registering. After three emails and forty days of waiting I am yet to see it. They don't take your calls, they don't answer your emails. Its simply pathetic. Hope they stick around for another year or two to make my investment pay itself.


Ordered it from Amazon. Received it in two days. Five stars to Amazon as well. Beautiful packaging. Everything nicely, clearly laid out. All the cables you ever needed were there. The system was up and running in 4 minutes !! Awesome call quality. My land-line is out !! After 6 months, all calls are free !! Great product all in all.
