When I initially purchased this product, I was nervous like a lot of the other people since it was an expensive product and the company has not been in business for a long time; Some of my concerns were that I was worry about the company going out of business, the call quality being poor and customer service being poor. At the time, I was also considering Skype and some other companies. After reading the overall positive reviews here and on other sites, I decided on Ooma.
My initial experiences were not very positive; it took an unusually long time to port my number and I expressed it on an initial review on Amazon which ended up getting deleted by accident when I was trying to update my review. Since I expressed my negative experiences to Ooma Customer Service. They responded to my surprise and showed that they care about their customers. This is something one rarely finds anymore in most companies and impressed me alot. Higher Level Care called me and was truely concerning about my experiences and my feedback and helped resolve everything. I hope they hold up to these standards not just with me but with every other customer. THANK YOU Roy C.
Since other reviews already mentioned how much you are actually saving using Ooma Service, I am not going to repeat them again.
