ooma Core VoIP Phone System with No Monthly Phone Service Bills Order Now

Ok...I'm trying to count to 10 as I write this.

I was '' this close to buying an ooma, but then I started to see a lot of posts about negative customer support experiences. One chap even suggested you call customer service before buying to see for yourself. PLEASE DO THIS!

I have called now 10 times...6 to customer support and 4 to sales, and ALL TIMES the phone call has been placed into a queue with music, and then is mysteriously disconnected. That's right...10 call and not one time did I get to a real live person.

As a CIO of a company of 4000, I know how important customer support is. The fact that you can't get through to *ANYONE* should serve notice to you...if you buy this device and it doesn't work, it appears you're on your own.
